We have a 1 bedroom and 1 large bathroom mobile home for sale. This has just been put back on the market. We repaired the roof and resealed the entire roof because we removed all the old foam roof seal. It's been freshly painted (exterior) and painted other areas inside, the cabinet doors kitchen and bathroom, painted the doors, the Arizona room flooring. The yard has been cleaned up nicely. This is a cozy 1 bedroom and has a large bathroom with walk-in shower with seating in the shower. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven, space saver microwave above stove, and refrigerator all stainless steel. The living room is nice size and it has an Arizona room that leads to the laundry room. Which has a washer and dryer. The home is kept cool with two window AC's the one in the living room is 12,000 btu and the one in the bedroom is 8,000 btu. It has an electric fireplace heater in the living room and keeps it toasty warm. A small electric heater in the bedroom. It has a small shed in the front yard. The rent runs on average $620.00 per month this includes water, sewer and garbage. You must pass a back ground check before purchasing. The park has new owners and new management. They are fixing up the park nicely. They are enlarging the swimming pool now. They've remodeled the clubhouse. Come buy and have a look. See if it's right for you.
