Owner is moving out of state. Community is all age, but mostly retirees. Very quiet and not much traffic. Park management is extremely polite and fair. Lot rent + water + garbage is around $550 after recent increase. Fenton Oaks is the cheapest, nicest and quietest park within a 20 miles radius. It is very close to shopping and restaurants while still being secluded. The streets have been recently resurfaced and the park management is very courteous. The park may be able to help with financing.
