The 6 x 8 shed is built onto the back porch decking with direct access to the back door. The living room is spacious with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen. There is room for a dining table or desk in the living space. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee bar with pantry storage, lots of cabinet space, with pullout drawers on both sides of the breakfast bar. The bathroom has an extended countertop over the toilet, medicine cabinet, storage cabinet with drawers and a spacious shower with a handheld sprayer attached to the showerhead. The stackable washer and dryer are located across from the stairs to the loft. The loft is large with plenty of room for storage and a blowup mattress for guests. The bedroom closet has plenty of space for hanging clothes and room for shoes, space for a chest of drawers, and an outlet for TV. There is a large storage space above the closet and extra storage space under the stairs which is accessible from the bedroom. The house has a Rheem electric, tankless water heater and a whole house Generac generator powered by a propane tank located in the back yard. The shed is insulated and finished on the inside with two electrical outlets. There is also a pre-drilled hole to vent an a/c unit.
