Home Description

Home has been kept in good condition, carpet may need to be replaced, refrigerator and stove. Relatively new home has served our needs, but the reason we?re selling as my wife is bringing her kids from the Philippines. We need more space. we bought the manufactured home from Fortney?s mobile home in Hagerstown Maryland. He did not give us a title to the home because he said since it was in the same state and on your own personal property wouldn?t be needed. I don?t know if this matters to those who are interested or not
