The trash is CURB SIDE pick-up as you have your own containers you put to the street so you don't have to worry about an over flowing central located dumpsters. There is NO crime either in the park .... none I know of anyhow and I have been here for 10 years. There are mobile home parks close to us in which people are moving out of because of crime in their area. Not Colonial Village!! PLUS, rent includes free mowing and fertilizing of the grass during the growing season. One other thing is the park has installed a great gym set for children to play in. If you have kids, this is worth its' weight in gold for giving you the exercise children so badly need. So much to offer.
