New high grade $6sf waterproof laminate flooring in hallway to bathroom. 3 year old, expensive carpet in master bed, living room, and extra large room that was once 2 rooms. Water heater flushed many times when noved in and each year since. In great working condition. Furnace has brand new circuit board, pressure switches, and thermostat 10/25. 3 year old sheet vinyl glued down in bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom completely updated. Travertine tile backsplash. Great working stack washer and dryer with new venting. Ramp deck for wheelchair access. New insulation in bathroom ceiling/wall. Completely fixed master bedroom water heater door area with new sealed off insulation. Entire other bedroom including ceiling and poly insulation, windows, drywall with knockdown. Solid core door with touch pad lock in master bedroom. Camera system comes with it. Leveled very well and no humps or issues in the floor. Belly pan in good condition. I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL IMPROVEMENTS and condition of under the subfloor (which looks great) and quality of products used. The carpet and laminate is high grade, not cheap box store. Everything works as it should. Improvements are still being made now, such as relocating the closet in the master bedroom, painting, trim. Carpets will be cleaned and more pics will be added. This is my "as is" asking price.
