Extremely low lot rent trailer park right on the water off of Jefferson Ave with a double lot that has a very nice, large garden in the back to grow crops of any sort you desire. There is space to put a green house as well. Comes with a shack that I just fixed up and replaced the floors and insulated the flooring then patched up the roof. Great shack to dry crops after harvest or for extra storage, or to make into a "she-shed/ManCave". There is four raised garden beds and a seasonal grape vine that I just pruned back that grows up a trellis. Has space for a fire pit where I have one currently; or, put whatever it is that you intend to build there. The town has great restaurants in the area like "Terrys Terrace" "Brionis Pizza" "Jefferson Pub" "Luigi's Family Restaurant" "Sandbar" & "Gino's" all great haunts and friendly faces in these places you'll enjoy being part of the community here. There is a marina right next door and a place to put your boat next to your trailer if you desire. The inside needs work: some electrical, the master bedroom isn't finished, and that's the majority of it. The rest is cosmetics on the inside. Comes with a working gas stove, working electric, central heating, working toilet and working shower (toilet is new I installed it myself)
